As a NextGen machine operator you agree to:

Operate the machine only in Australia.
Not reverse-engineer, copy, modify or redistribute the NextGen firmware or software.
Not use the machine to print material that infringes intellectual property, is defamatory, depicts a child in a sexual or exploitative way, incites violence, or is otherwise unlawful under Australian law.
Keep the machine’s payment terminal PCI-compliant (we handle this automatically via our provisioning).
Report material faults or safety concerns within 48 hours via your Client Portal.

NextGen Vending Co reserves the right to remotely disable any machine operating in violation of this policy.
