Customers
How long does one case take to print?
Most designs are printed and ready in under 5 minutes from the moment you tap Start. Complex artwork or full-bleed photos may take up to 7 minutes. The machine shows a live progress estimate on-screen.
Which phones are supported?
We support 500+ models across iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, and Motorola. The full, always-current list is on the Devices page. New devices are added over-the-air every month with no machine downtime.
How durable is the finished case?
Premium TPU/PC construction, drop-tested, with a raised camera bezel and reinforced corners. The UV-LED print is scratch-resistant and survives repeated daily use, including time in pockets and bags.
Can I use my own photos?
Absolutely. The machine lets you upload directly from your phone via QR code or tap-to-share. We also offer curated artwork packs and on-screen design tools. Your photos are never stored after the print job completes.
How much does a custom item cost?
Pricing varies by design and venue. Phone cases are typically A$25–A$45 and custom t-shirts A$35–A$55. Exact pricing is shown on the machine before you commit — no hidden fees, no subscriptions.
What if my design prints wrong?
Every machine includes a satisfaction check — if the finished case doesn't match the on-screen preview due to a print defect, we reprint on the spot for free. Just flag a staff member or tap Support on the machine.
Do I need an app or account?
No. NextGen is fully self-serve with zero downloads. Pick your phone, upload or design, pay, go. If you want a digital receipt, you can opt in during checkout.
Can I print multiple cases for gifts?
Yes — order as many as you like in a single session. The machine batches print jobs and dispenses them together.
Hosts & Venues
How does the revenue share work?
We pay hosts a monthly rev-share based on machine performance. Transparent reporting, direct deposit, no minimum volume commitments, no surprise deductions. Exact terms are confirmed in your proposal.
How much space do I need?
About 1 m² of floor space plus a standard 240V 10A power point within reach. No plumbing, no bolt-downs, no structural changes, no venue damage.
Who services the machine?
Our Australian field-service team handles all maintenance, restocking and repairs. Remote monitoring catches most issues before customers notice them. Your team never touches the machine.
Is the machine insured?
Yes — general liability coverage is standard on every NextGen unit. We issue a COI directly to your property entity within 24 hours of request.
Can we brand the machine for our venue?
Custom skins and launch signage are available for larger venues and multi-location partnerships. Ask our placement team for options during your proposal call.
How long does install take on-site?
Typical install is 4–6 hours including delivery, positioning, power-up, inventory load, and calibration. We schedule around your venue hours — most installs happen overnight or pre-open.
What's the agreement term?
Month-to-month host agreements. We believe good placements speak for themselves — if it's not working, nobody should be locked in.
Owners & Operators
What does ownership cost?
Machines are sold individually: A$30,000 (phone case), A$38,000 (t-shirt) and A$7,000 (wall-mounted perfume machine), all turnkey inc. GST. Australian commercial equipment finance is available through Pepper Money, Liberty Financial, Selfco Leasing, Grenke, Prospa, Moula and broker partners Finlease, Stratton and Vending Finance — full directory at /finance/. Request the Owner Pack on the Own a Machine page for the current figures and a sample ROI model.
Do you help with venue placement?
Yes. Our Australian placement team provides warm intros, lease templates and rev-share language designed for Australian shopping centres and airports. Pro and Enterprise package operators get access to our shortlist of pre-negotiated venues in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
Can you market my machine and drive traffic to it?
Yes — optional marketing packages start at A$500 per month. Our team markets your machine and drives traffic to its location with local campaigns, increasing your exposure and sales. Completely optional — your machine earns without it — and you can add or drop it any time. Ask about it on your sales call.
How much does the perfume vending machine cost?
A$7,000 for the compact wall-mounted NextGen perfume machine — built for pubs, clubs, nightclubs and bars. PayWave tap-to-pay fragrance sprays, zero floor space, starter fragrance stock and free delivery included, with a 12-month warranty. Order online at /order-perfume-machine/ and our sales team confirms delivery on your call.
What kind of training is included?
Hardware operation, software walkthrough, merchandising, marketing playbook, and escalation procedures. Plus 90 days of post-launch support with weekly ops check-ins and performance review.
Can I buy multiple machines?
Yes. Multi-unit packages (Pro 2–5, Enterprise 6+) unlock bulk pricing, priority placement, dedicated launch manager, and territory discussions. Territory exclusivity available on qualification.
Are finance options available?
Yes — Australian commercial equipment finance is available through verified lenders and brokers including Pepper Money, Liberty Financial, Selfco Leasing, Grenke, Prospa, Moula, Finlease, Stratton Finance and Vending Finance. Typical terms 24–60 months on approved credit (chattel mortgage, hire purchase or finance lease). See full directory with phone numbers at /finance/ — you call the lender directly; we don't broker or earn commission.
What is the typical payback window?
Illustrative projections suggest roughly 12 months for well-placed units. Actual results depend on venue footfall, operating hours, and marketing effort. Full model provided in the Owner Pack.
How many cases can the machine hold?
Up to 595 phone cases across 85 cargo lanes — typically 7–14 days of inventory between restocks depending on venue throughput.
Can I customise the machine branding?
Standard finish is the premium NextGen brand, which unlocks national marketing support and faster venue placement. Custom skins are available for Enterprise package operators. We don’t force foreign branding — unlike most imported machines.
How are customer payments settled?
Card transactions process through PCI-compliant payment hardware, settle in AUD and deposit directly to your linked Australian bank account on a daily cycle. PayID / NPP supported for same-day settlement on participating banks. No FX friction, no overseas gateway.
Do I need technical experience?
None. Daily operation is simple — check the dashboard, wipe the display, restock cases every 1–2 weeks. All software updates happen overnight over-the-air.
Support, Warranty & Service
What is the warranty period?
All hardware is covered under a 12-month manufacturer warranty from activation, with extended support plans available. Warranty covers parts, service visits, and repair labor.
What if the machine goes offline?
Our monitoring detects outages in real time and alerts our Australian ops team automatically. Most issues resolve remotely the same day via OTA diagnostics. Hardware issues get an on-site visit within 24–48 hours.
How are software updates handled?
All software updates are pushed over-the-air overnight. Zero downtime during business hours. New devices, new artwork packs, security patches — all automatic.
How do I reach support?
Australian phone, email and live chat — no WeChat QR codes, no international WhatsApp threads. Support hours are 24/7 for critical issues and business hours (AEST/AEDT) for general operational questions.
What maintenance do owners need to do?
Minimal. Wipe the print head once a week, keep the touchscreen clean, and restock cases on schedule. Our dashboard alerts you when ink or case inventory is running low.
Are spare parts stocked in Australia?
Yes. All consumables, common wear parts and hardware modules are stocked in our Sydney warehouse for fast Australia-wide dispatch. No international freight delays.
