1. Acceptance
By using this site or purchasing from NextGen Vending Co, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. About us
NextGen Vending Co is a trading name of Austech Online (ABN [ABN — set in Settings → General]), Sydney, NSW, Australia. These Terms form a contract between you and Austech Online.
3. The product
The NextGen machine is a commercial self-serve retail vending machine sold to qualifying Australian business buyers. Specifications, features and pricing may change as we improve the product. Specifications in published materials are approximate and may vary between production runs.
4. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Orders are accepted at our discretion; we may cancel any order at any time and refund the amount paid. A tax invoice is issued for every order.
5. Payment
We accept EFT / direct bank transfer in AUD via ANZ. Orders are reserved when placed and built only once cleared funds are received. Australian commercial equipment finance is available through the lenders and brokers we list at /finance/ (including Pepper Money, Liberty Financial, Selfco Leasing, Grenke, Prospa, Moula, Finlease, Stratton Finance and Vending Finance) subject to credit approval. Finance is a contract between you and the chosen finance provider, not between you and us.
6. Delivery
Delivery anywhere in mainland Australia is included in the purchase price. Tasmania and remote regions incur an additional shipping charge quoted separately. Estimated build-and-delivery window: 6–8 weeks from cleared payment.
7. Warranty & consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. See our Warranty Policy for the manufacturer warranty terms, which sit alongside (not in place of) your ACL rights.
8. Returns & refunds
See our Refund Policy. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or export the NextGen software or firmware. Operating the machine outside Australia voids the manufacturer warranty (your ACL rights are not affected). You must not use the machine to print material that infringes copyright, trade marks or any other Australian law; NextGen Vending Co reserves the right to disable any machine found printing prohibited content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the ACL, our total liability arising from or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits or business interruption.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your operation of the machine in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, and the parties submit to their exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
